A little about Ronnie
Ronnie Cason is the owner and operator of Deer Run Lawn Care Services, LLC, a family-run business based in East Tennessee. Born and raised in the area, Ronnie built Deer Run on the simple idea that a lawn done right speaks for itself — and that the people taking care of it should be people you actually want to see pull into your driveway.
From weekly mowing on residential properties to bigger landscaping and hardscaping projects, Ronnie personally stands behind every job. Customers across Union County and the broader 865 area count on him for honest pricing, dependable schedules, and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from someone who takes pride in their own work.
When he's not on a mower, Ronnie's spending time outdoors with his family around East Tennessee — at the lake, on the coast, or just enjoying a good sunset.
